Customer Reviews
Detailed experience with a Macanudo box
I recently ordered a box of Macanudo Cafe Hyde Park from JR Cigars. The ordering process on their website was pretty straightforward, easy to find what I was looking for. I used standard shipping and it arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a nice surprise. The box was well-packed with Boveda packs inside, so the cigars were in perfect smoking condition. I had a quick question about my account balance before ordering, and their customer service chat was responsive, got an answer within a few minutes. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish. The quality of the cigars was top-notch, exactly what I expect from Macanudo.
My favorite cigar store!
Oh my goodness, JR Cigars is just fantastic! I ordered a sampler of Drew Estate Acid Cigars and some Xikar accessories, and everything was absolutely perfect. The selection is incredible, and the prices are so good. I can't believe how quickly my order got here, too. I'm telling all my friends about this place, and I will definitely be shopping here again very soon!
Good quality, fast shipping
I ordered a 5-pack of Rocky Patel cigars last week. They arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a nice surprise. The cigars were fresh and well-packaged. I lit one up that night, and it was perfect. Pretty happy with the whole thing.
Solid experience, good value
I placed an order for a new Desktop Humidor and a box of Macanudo Cafe cigars. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, though it took a moment to find the exact humidor I wanted. Delivery took about five business days, which is standard for my area. Everything was well-protected in the packaging, and the humidor arrived without any dings. The cigars were in great condition and felt fresh. I did have a question about setting up the humidor, so I used their online chat support, and the representative was helpful and answered my question quickly. Overall, it was a smooth transaction, and I got good value for what I paid. I'd recommend them.
Reliable as always
I've bought from JR Cigars a few times now, and they're always consistent. This time, I picked up a box of Montecristo cigars and a new travel humidor. Just like my previous orders, everything was packaged securely and shipped fast. The cigars were fresh, and the humidor seems sturdy enough for my needs. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect, and they always deliver. No surprises, which is what you want when buying cigars online.
Consistent quality and delivery
I've ordered from JR Cigars a few times now, and they're always reliable. This last order for a box of Montecristo Classic Series came exactly as expected, just like my previous purchases. The cigars were fresh, and shipping was fast. It's why I keep coming back.
Good value on Arturo Fuente
I was looking for some Arturo Fuente Gran Reserva and saw JR Cigars had a pretty good deal going on them. The price was competitive, especially with a discount code I found. Shipping wasn't the fastest, took about five business days to get to me, but that's what I expected from their standard shipping. The cigars arrived well-packaged in good condition. No issues with the order or the product, so I felt like I got my money's worth.

I'm looking at a box of Padron 1964s. Does that JR Plus free shipping deal usually apply to those or are premium brands excluded?
How's the return policy at JR Cigars if I get a box of something I don't like? Is it a pain?
Quick question on shipping time for NYC, how long does an order usually take to get here? Need some sticks for a weekend thing.
